How the pricing works
Two ways to price a job, and you get whichever is lower.
By item. Each thing has a catalog price. Add them up.
By truck fill. A quarter truck is $241, three-eighths is $338, a half is $431, five-eighths is $513, three-quarters is $587, seven-eighths is $661 and a full truck is $732.
Disposal is inside both. There is no stair charge, no long-carry charge, no fuel or mileage line, and no distance surcharge for the far edges of the metro. The minimum for a visit is $75.

Worked examples from real Valley jobs
Patio reset after a hard summer. Patio table at $89, umbrella and base at $53, propane grill at $71. $89 + $53 + $71 = $213.
Garage gym goes. Treadmill at $115, squat rack at $123, free weights at $93. $115 + $123 + $93 = $331.
Guest bedroom cleared. Mattress and box spring set at $143, standard bed frame at $68, nightstand at $57. $143 + $68 + $57 = $268.
Kitchen swap. Standard refrigerator at $164, electric range at $134, dishwasher at $109. $164 + $134 + $109 = $407.
Whole three-car garage. Priced on the ladder rather than by item — usually a half truck at $431 up to a full truck at $732.
What is not on the bill
No dump fee. No fuel or mileage line. No stair charge for the two-story homes in Gilbert, Chandler, Peoria and Queen Creek. No long-carry charge for a casita at the back of a walled lot or a run through an RV gate. No gated-community fee. No same-day surcharge. No disassembly charge for a bunk bed, a bolted bed frame or a spa that has to be cut down.
The catalog is the same across the whole metro. A queen mattress is $103 in Buckeye and $103 in Apache Junction.
Frequently asked questions
What is the minimum charge for junk removal in Phoenix?
$75 per visit. A single small item still books at $75, which is why it is worth walking the garage and the patio before you book and adding everything that has been waiting.
Is disposal included in these prices?
Yes, in every one of them. There is no separate dump fee, facility charge or fuel line added afterwards, and the price does not change when the crew arrives.
How do I know whether I am charged by item or by truck fraction?
You get whichever is lower. We price the list both ways and quote the smaller figure. Short lists are usually cheaper by item; garage and estate clears are usually cheaper on the truck ladder.
Do prices differ across the Valley?
No. The same catalog applies in Phoenix, Mesa, Chandler, Gilbert, Glendale, Peoria, Scottsdale, Tempe, Surprise, Avondale, Goodyear, Buckeye and Queen Creek, with no distance surcharge.
What if my item is not on the list?
The full catalog runs to a few hundred items, so most things are on it. If something genuinely is not, it prices as a misc item — $35 for small and $77 for medium — or rolls into the truck fraction.
