From the Old Town Scottsdale and Downtown high-rises to the Paradise Valley and Arcadia estates to the packed garages of Gilbert, Chandler and Peoria — flat photo-quoted pricing, vetted local Valley crews, and no sales tax on the service (Arizona doesn't tax it). We haul it straight from the garage, not the curb, so your HOA never sees a thing, and we start early to beat the heat. Español on request.

Upload Photos & Get Quote →Arizona homes are slab-built on caliche — no basements — so the junk lives in the garage, and clearing the two- or three-car garage is the single most common job we do here. It's also where the Valley's HOA reality bites: in Gilbert, Chandler, Peoria, North Scottsdale and the master-planned suburbs you can't leave bulk at the curb without risking a fine, so we pull everything straight from the garage on a scheduled flat-price pickup — nothing for the HOA to flag. Then there's the Valley's own rhythm: the snowbird and estate season (Nov–Apr), when Mesa, Scottsdale and Paradise Valley homes turn over via downsizing and estate clearing; the ASU move-out in early May around Tempe; and the monsoon storm debris (palm fronds, downed trees, fence and roof debris) that comes in bursts each summer. Across the rest of the metro the work changes fast: the Downtown and Old Town Scottsdale high-rises (COI + freight elevator), the Paradise Valley and Arcadia luxury estates, and the Maryvale, South Phoenix and Glendale neighborhoods (Spanish-first).
We price the same way across all of it: send a photo, get a flat number that already covers the labor, the truck, the dump fees, and the drive — and because Arizona doesn't tax the junk-removal service, there's no sales-tax line added at checkout. No "call for a quote," no hourly meter, no day-of upcharge. Same-day pickup is usually available, and in the summer we schedule early-morning windows to beat the 110°F heat.
Flat rates, photo-quoted before anyone shows up. The labor, the drive, and the disposal are already in it — and Arizona adds no sales tax on the service, so the number you see is the number you pay.

"Cleared out the whole garage in Gilbert — old furniture, a treadmill, packed shelves. They hauled it straight from the garage so the HOA never saw a thing. Flat price from a photo, gone same-day, no tax line on the bill."
"Cleared my mother's home for the estate sale — discreet, careful with her antiques, donated most of it. One fair flat price, they started early to beat the heat. Highly recommend."
"Equipo en español, sacaron muebles viejos de mi casa en Maryvale. Precio fijo, rápido, sin sorpresas."
