Then Glendale adds its own split. Up in the north Glendale and Arrowhead HOA subdivisions, the association typically layers a shorter set-out window on top of whatever the city allows, plus appearance rules that make a sofa on the driveway a photographed violation rather than a temporary inconvenience.
