Garage Cleanout
Paradise Valley, AZ

Paradise Valley has no municipal refuse collection — the town was built to stay residential and every household arranges its own hauling. So there is no bulk-collection month to wait for, and a full estate garage has to be dealt with directly. We clear it as flat truck-fill from $241, quoted from a photo, worked discreetly and swept before we leave.

How it works

1 · Photograph the bay

One wide shot with the door open. On a multi-bay garage send one per bay — it costs you nothing and it is the difference between an accurate flat price and a revised one.

2 · A flat quote, no visit

You get a fixed number back without anyone coming out to survey. Labour, truck, loading and disposal are all in it, and it does not change once accepted.

3 · Cleared discreetly

The crew loads from inside the structure straight to the truck, works without spreading across the motor court, and sweeps before closing up.

What makes Paradise Valley different

The town does not collect

Paradise Valley provides no municipal refuse service — residents contract private haulers individually. There is no town bulk-trash month to hold out for, which is the single biggest practical difference between here and Phoenix or Scottsdale.

Your hauler contract will not cover this

A residential collection contract covers bins. A garage full of furniture, equipment, shelving and appliances is not a bin job, and most contracts specifically exclude appliances, tyres and construction debris. Check yours, then send us a photo of the rest.

Estate lots and multi-bay garages

One-acre minimum zoning and houses built to match. Four, five and six-bay garages are ordinary here, and so are separate guest houses, casitas and detached workshops with their own storage.

Motor courts and car collections

A good share of these garages are working car storage — spares, tyres, lifts, tooling, fluids and parts shelving. We take the storage and the shelving and we tell you plainly which fluids need hazardous-waste handling.

Privacy is part of the job

No sidewalks, no streetlights and no through traffic by design. We do not leave material at the roadside, do not park across a neighbour’s frontage, and do not advertise the job on your motor court.

Managers, not always owners

Estate managers, housekeepers and family offices arrange most of this work. We will co-ordinate with whoever holds the keys and send documentation to whoever needs it.

What a Paradise Valley garage cleanout costs

Flat truck-fill, quoted from photos. A single bay is usually a quarter to a half truck. A four- or five-bay estate garage cleared completely is more than one truck, and we will tell you that up front rather than discovering it on the day. These are the live Phoenix catalogue prices.

How we work on an estate property

Insurance and COI

We are licensed and insured, and we can provide a certificate of insurance naming the property or the management company before the crew arrives. Ask when you book rather than on the morning.

Access and staffing

Gate codes, call boxes, a housekeeper letting us in, a manager meeting us on site — all normal. Tell us the arrangement at booking and it happens without a phone call from the gate.

Nothing at the roadside

Everything goes structure to truck. We do not stage on the motor court, the drive or the verge, and there is nothing left behind for anyone to look at.

Donation where it makes sense

Furniture and equipment in good condition goes to donation rather than landfill where a charity will take it. It costs you nothing either way — it is the same flat price.

Early starts in summer

Between May and September we take the first slot of the day. A closed garage in Valley summer heat is not somewhere to run a long job, and a larger crew earlier is better work.

Documentation

Photos before and after and a written receipt, sent to the owner, the manager or the family office — whoever is actually handling the property.

Where we work around Paradise Valley

We cover all of 85253 — the Camelback and Mummy Mountain corridors, Clearwater Hills, Cheney Estates, the resort corridor and the town’s gated communities — plus the neighbouring Arcadia and Biltmore addresses on the same run.

The same crews work across the Valley: junk removal in Paradise Valley, estate cleanouts, Phoenix, garage cleanouts in Scottsdale, North Scottsdale and Old Town, plus furniture removal and appliance removal. The Phoenix cost guide has the whole catalogue.

Paradise Valley garage cleanout questions

How much does a garage cleanout cost in Paradise Valley?
From $241 for a quarter truck to $732 for a full 16-cubic-yard load. One bay is usually $241 to $431. A four- or five-bay estate garage cleared completely takes more than one truck, and we quote that honestly from your photos rather than finding out on the day.
Does the town collect bulk items?
No. Paradise Valley does not provide municipal refuse collection at all — every household contracts a private hauler. There is no town bulk month to wait for, and most residential contracts cover bins rather than a garage full of furniture, shelving and appliances.
Can you provide a certificate of insurance?
Yes. We are licensed and insured and can issue a COI naming the property or the management company before the crew arrives. Ask at booking so it is in hand ahead of the day.
Can you deal with our estate manager rather than us?
Yes, and that is how most of this work is arranged. Give us the contact and the access method at booking and we will co-ordinate directly, then send photos and the receipt to whoever needs them.
Will anything be left on the drive or the roadside?
No. Everything goes from inside the structure straight into the truck, and we sweep before closing up. Nothing is staged on the motor court and nothing goes to the verge.
Do you take car parts, tyres and workshop equipment?
Parts, shelving, tooling and equipment yes, as ordinary volume. Tyres and fluids follow their own disposal routes — we will tell you which is which from the photo instead of leaving them behind without explanation.
How quickly can you come out?
Same-day is often available and next-day is routine. In summer we will offer the earliest slot of the day.
Is there a minimum charge?
$100. A single item is priced as an item — a sofa is $126, a queen mattress $103, a fridge $164, a bay of metal shelving $71.
