Why Tempe garages are different

We can let ourselves in
Lockbox codes, a key left with a neighbour, a manager meeting us — all normal. Tell us the arrangement at booking and it happens without you attending.
Photos and a receipt
Before and after photos and a written receipt, sent to you or straight to the management company. Useful when a deposit deduction has to be justified.
Booked against your re-let date
Tell us the date the unit has to be ready. Same-day is often available and next-day is routine, which is the difference between us and waiting for a bulk-trash window.

The awkward categories
